How early should I sign up for a tour?
As early as possible! Once the brochure is out, reservations are accepted on a first come-first served basis. Some tours fill
very quickly.
Can I get a single room?
We usually have a limited number of single rooms on each tour. We find these tend to be requested very quickly, so to be sure
of a room for single occupancy, sign up early.
I want to share a room but don’t have a room-mate?
We will try to put you in touch with others of the same sex who would like to share. Since we obviously cannot guarantee
compatibility of room-mates, we suggest you talk to each by phone or email before the trip, to make sure you will be happy
sharing a room. It is usually impossible to make changes in rooms after arrival at the destination, or if it can be done, it will
involve additional expense.
When is tour a “guaranteed” operation?
All our tours are based on a minimum number of participants. The tour is a guaranteed operation once we reach that number.
We suggest tour participants do not purchase nonrefundable or penalty airline tickets until we advise the departure is guaranteed,
as we cannot be responsible for charges you may incur on unused airline tickets.
Why are early reservations so important?
Often people ask “how late can I wait before signing up” or “do you have the minimum number yet - if not, I’ll wait
until you do before sending in my deposit”. Whilst we understand your concerns, please understand our situation.

First
of all, we do need a minimum number of people to operate a tour - usually 12. Until we reach that number, or at least get
close to it, we cannot guarantee the tour will operate. The sooner we reach the required minimum, the sooner everyone will
know the tour is definite and they can make appropriate arrangements.
Until the tour is guaranteed, we suggest participants do not purchase any nonrefundable airline tickets. People who have
signed up early, often want to use their frequent flyer tickets, or take advantage of airfare sales, but cannot do so until we
guarantee the tour. This can be very frustrating as they don’t know whether to take a chance or wait, in which case it may be
too late for them to use their frequent flyer tickets. So your early reservation is very important.
I’d like to know more about the teacher and his/her work?
Information on each teacher is provided on this web site. If you have further questions, feel free to call or email the teacher -
they will be delighted to hear from you and to tell you more about how they work and teach and how they plan the workshop.
Do I have to make my own airline reservations?
Webster’s World can help you. Once the tour is a guaranteed operation, we will send all participants specific information on
the flights and airfares. We can issue tickets for you through out partner travel agency, or if you prefer, you may do it yourself.
In most cases, we provide transfers between airport and hotel based on specific flight arrival and departure, so it’s important
to ensure you are booked on the correct flights, otherwise you will not be able to use our transfers and will have to make your
own arrangements to the hotel.
